One of our IT teams is based within our London Head Office, the other is in Taunton. Our highly skilled support team keeps Debenhams up and running at all times. Whatever the problem, whether it's PCs, tills or other network systems, our Helpdesk teams sort it out. They liaise closely with one another to minimise technical problems and exchange information - so if problems arise, it doesn't take long to get operational again.
