Based within both our London and Taunton Head Offices, our highly skilled support team keeps Debenhams up and running at all times. Whatever the problem, whether it's PCs, tills or other network systems, our Helpdesk teams sort it out. They liaise closely with one another to minimise technical problems and exchange information, so if problems arise, it doesn't take long to get operational again.
Business Systems & Development
It's our Business Systems department that decides which state-of-the-art systems we need in the first place and then ensures they get delivered out of the developers’ hands and into those of the users smoothly. With analysis and planning, the team deliver solutions that meet requirements across all areas of the business, such as the internet and intranet, ensuring that they are practical and effective. They also maintain and develop our mainframe systems such as the data warehouse.
