Our Head Office Resourcing team has one sole aim - to attract and ultimately recruit the best people into Debenhams’ Head Office departments. They do this through their in-depth knowledge of the employment marketplace and by developing innovative and effective recruitment and selection methods. As a Resourcing Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for line managers. Using your expert knowledge, you’ll be drafting recruitment adverts, screening candidates and assisting with the selection process. Our Store Resourcing team is based in Taunton.
One of the things Debenhams is best known for is the investment we make in training. The Learning & Development team identify training needs and then ensure we deliver the most effective training and development solutions. As a Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll work closely with managers on their personal development plans providing support and guidance.
Our Pay & Reward team provides expert advice to Managers, Business Partners and employees. As well as responding to adhoc requests for advice and information, the team also looks strategically at pay and reward trends to ensure we remain competitive and attractive.
With over 21,000 people working in our Stores and Head Offices, Employee Relations is vitally important to us. Our Employee Relations Advisors provide managers with advice on employment law and company guidelines. They ensure issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
