Those seeking a career in Head office Merchandising should search and apply for the position of ‘Allocator’ within our Distribution division. Typically, this will provide you with an 18 month route to your first appointment as an Assistant Merchandiser. Within the role of an Allocator, you’ll need commercial and numerate skills to understand trends and data. As your career progresses, you’ll gain responsibility over your own profit centre. Along with the Buyers, you’ll work closely with Designers and Manufacturers to make products irresistible.
If you’re seeking to develop a career in Buying, you’ll need to search and apply for ‘Trainee Assistant Buyer’ vacancies across our divisions. This is our entry level position within Buying which aims to develop you into a first appointment Assistant Buyer within 18 months. Sourcing our next best selling line, you’ll need to be a fearless negotiator and people manager.
